Bright bergamot and saffron open the scent with a fresh, energizing lift—followed by soft violet and lily of the valley that bring a moment of calm when you need it most. As it settles, warm amber, dark musk, and vetiver ground the fragrance in something steady, smooth, and lasting.

Hand-poured in soy wax for a clean, even burn—because if we’re managing everything else, your candle should at least behave.

RETURN POLICY  

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. Please contact us by phone or to info@shimmerbycindy.com as you will need a return authorization number (RA#) to complete your return. Once items have been received you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid. All custom orders are not returnable. All candles & wax melts are not returnable.

Returned items must be new, unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shimmer by Cindy reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, in a condition unacceptable for resale or without an RA #. All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

Each order is processed in 1-2 days.  You will receive a confirmation email when your item ships with your tracking information.

** Items made to order take approximately 4 weeks but often are ready sooner.
