Shipping & Delivery


Each order is processed in 1-2 days.  You will receive a confirmation email when your item ships with your tracking information.

** Items made to order take approximately 4 weeks but often are ready sooner.

*If an item is delayed for any reason we will notify you immediately.

*Orders that aren't in stock may take up to 2-4 weeks to fulfill. If you need your order immediately, please email info@shimmerbycindy.com to check stock.*

Shipping is:

$4.00 Standard USPS shipping on all domestic orders (5-7 days from date shipped)

$5.99 for USPS Priority Shipping (3-5 days from date shipped) 

$29.99 for FED EX Overnight Mail - Domestic

$39.99 for FED EX International Shipping  (Approximately 14 days from date shipped)

**All orders shipping to outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be considered International Shipping and must have the same billing and shipping address. Product and shipping prices displayed on this website do not include any applicable taxes, tariffs, and duties put into place by the recipient’s country. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be applied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Please specify your preference. If item arrives damaged we will file a claim through the appropriate carrier.



*Shimmer by Cindy is not responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned products. Claims must be completed by appropriate parties.

*Custom orders may take longer.

*Holiday schedule may cause a delay in shipping.


Return Policy  

We want you to be delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied we will gladly accept returns and exchanges accompanied by the original receipt for a refund, minus shipping costs, or merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. Please contact us by phone or to info@shimmerbycindy.com as you will need a return authorization number (RA#) to complete your return. Once items have been received you will be refunded in the same manner in which you paid. All custom orders are not returnable.

Returned items must be new, unworn, undamaged and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Shimmer by Cindy reserves the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, in a condition unacceptable for resale or without an RA #. All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded.

*Please pack jewelry in a well-padded envelope.
